Over the last two decades, California Rural Water Association has provided extensive technical support and educational training for public and private water and wastewater utilities throughout the state. In 2009 California Rural Water Association formed Utility Resource Insurance Services. The Association, through formation of this separate subsidiary, is now able to expand its line of services to include commercial insurance risk management services. Our experience in the water and wastewater industry gives us a unique advantage in understanding our customers insurance needs.
